Arch Brokerage, LTD

Arch Brokerage is a full-service boutique real estate brokerage firm affiliated with Washington Square Partners. The firm works primarily with retail and office tenants to locate and evaluate suitable space. Our personal approach to our clients is what differentiates the firm from the larger brokerage firms.

Laurence Roberts is lead principal and personally manages each assignment in a hands-on manner. He advises clients on all financial and operational aspects of sales, lease acquisitions, lease terminations, lease recaptures, subleases, buy-outs and renewals. Our Services

For retail assignments, we work with each client to understand its culture and expansion needs. We then develop a profile of the target consumer and ideal markets. Our in-house research department utilizes up-to-the minute demographic and financial research. We also help clients create a financial model to forecast sales, contributions and return on investment.

To assure the highest selling price of a property, Arch relies on sophisticated and aggressive marketing programs and a thorough knowledge of building operations, relevant comparable sales, assessments and submarkets. Arch principals work to remain current on the fast moving New York markets to assess where they will be in the coming years.

Lease Extensions/Recasts/Terminations
With the recent rapid changes in both the financial industry and growth of the technology industry, Arch has worked with clients on a case-by-case basis to secure new space that suits their changing needs.
