ARON GOOBLAR has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and urban planning. Mr. Gooblar manages the City Point project team, leading the financial feasibility efforts with his refined understanding of development economics. Because of his extensive knowledge and experience navigating through City policy, Mr. Gooblar works for public and private clients and coordinates with the City to receive public approvals that are vital to advancing development processes.

At the New York City Department of City Planning, Mr. Gooblar managed development projects and area wide planning studies including the Downtown Flushing/Willets Point Plan. At HDR, Mr. Gooblar primarily assisted clients in facilitating public-private partnerships, including work for the Moynihan Station Development Corporation, Washington State Ferries, the Town of North Hempstead, and Nassau County.

Mr. Gooblar is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
